Eight years ago today my life changed. This precious girl made me a mother and every day teaches me as much or more than I can hope to teach her.  Yes, she's smart and witty, and sometimes sassy, but what I love the most is her beautiful heart.  It's the little things -- the way she greets her friends at school, plays with little children, asks what she can do to help and prays so sweetly. I'm a better person for being her mother and I am so thankful that I've been given such a precious gift and responsibility. I love you my Katers!
