It was an unexpectedly warm Fall day, which made the kids (and adults!) a little uncomfortable at first. But we soon finished up a few family shots and let the kids begin to roam around this great spot just outside the city limits. It had everything we needed to keep them entertained -- rocks to climb on, tall grass to explore in, and a little water running nearby to search for. Not to mention it had killer light, incredible colors and peaceful quiet. Definitely worth the drive!
